Brian Holtze has been building fine custom homes since 1987 when the homebuilder he sold houses for retired. By that time Brian knew all about the homebuilding process and all the sub-trades, and it was a natural step to continue the custom home building process when his customers began asking him for new custom homes. Perhaps it is due to his years of selling homes, or perhaps it’s just a product of his business savy, but Brian was immediately able to anticipate his customer’s needs and wants. This, of course, led to very happy customers, but it also served as the genesis to some of the most innovative and detail-driven homebuilding this area has seen.
